Abu Dhabi Department of Transport signs information and expertise Memorandum of Understanding with Texas Transportation Institute in USA

Abu Dhabi Department of Transport has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Texas University's Texas Transportation Institute to gain access to information and expertise from one of the world's largest transportation research institutions.

 Under the terms of the MoU, the Institute will cooperate with the DoT in sharing information and expertise as well as providing training related to road planning, design, construction, maintenance and safety; exchanging experience in construction standards and operational policies; conducting field studies on roads, bridges, and road safety; and supplying technical support and expertise in implementing road projects.
